THE WORLD'S LARGEST GLOBAL STUDY:

THE PSYKIC PROGRAMME

Step beyond traditional leadership. PSYKIC equips you to foresee psychosocial risks, implement targeted controls, and track measurable outcomes — turning insight into real-world impact for your team and organisation.

BE FIRST, BE BOLD,
BE PSYKIC

PSYKIC — Psychosocial Knowledge, Insight & Control — is the world’s most ambitious programme for leaders to identify, act on, and master psychosocial risk in their workplace. We train leaders in the science, support them as they implement targeted controls, track their results with key metrics, and compile these outcomes into a landmark global report on what truly works.

PSYKIC transforms leadership from reactive to proactive. Participants receive expert-led training, apply evidence-based controls in their own workplace, and measure impact through a tailored set of performance and wellbeing metrics. These insights feed into a global knowledge base, enabling both local change and worldwide benchmarking.
